How Pre-Orders, Custom Orders & Private Label Work

 1.Submit Your Request or Complete the Pre-Order Form

For all pre-orders ,including tinctures, infused oils, herbal blends, sea moss gels, and   skincare , you must submit a request or fill out the form. Custom products not listed on       the website can also be requested.

  2. Confirmation + 50% Deposit Invoice
       Once your request is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with a 50% deposit                invoice. Your order is reserved only after the deposit is paid.

   3. Production Timeline
      A minimum of 7 days is required before production begins. Timelines vary by                    product  type:

    Infused oils & macerations: 6–7 weeks

     Tinctures & herbal extracts: 6–7 weeks

     Skincare (lotions, balms, serums): 7–10 business days

     Herbal blends (dry herbs): 5–7 business days

     Sea moss gels: Produced daily ; assigned next available batch

     Private label: Timeline depends on formula + volume

4. Final Balance & Shipping
     When your order is complete, the remaining 50% balance will be invoiced.
     Shipping begins immediately upon final payment.

5. Custom Formulations
    If you need a custom tincture, oil, herb blend, or remedy not offered on the website,          you may request a custom creation through the form. All custom items follow the same      deposit and production timelines.

6. Private Label (12-Unit Minimum)
    Private label is available for small businesses and wellness shops. 
    Minimum order: 12 units per formula
    Your branding only
